Food Bank

The Utah AIDS Foundation Food Bank is available to all individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families. The Food Bank provides a variety of fresh, canned, dried, and boxed food to meet the special nutritional needs of people living with HIV/AIDS. The UAF Food Bank also offers a limited amount of other household supplies and personal care items, including toothpaste, toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, shaving supplies, feminine hygeine products, deoderent, shampoo and conditioner.

While the UAF Food Bank receives plenty of food from the Utah Food Bank, we must rely on donations from individuals for personal care items.The UAF Food Bank also stocks a limited supply of pet food.

Hours Open:

  • Wednesday: 12pm-6pm
  • Friday: 10am-2pm

Food items needed:

  • Boxed and canned meals (Hamburger Helper, Spaghetti, Chili, etc.)
  • Canned Meats (Spam, chicken, turkey, corned beef. tuna)
  • Baking items such as cake mix, oil, shortening, sugar, flour, yeast, spices and salt.

Personal care items needed:

  • laundry detergent
  • toilet paper
  • shampoo and conditioner
  • toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash
  • soap
  • bandages
  • lotion
  • denture cream, adhesive, tablets
  • diapers
  • deodorant
  • shaving supplies
